Welcome guests to share in your joy at our enchanting wedding reception site. Every wedding, no matter how large or small, involves many details to be looked after. To make planning at your wedding reception easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Other questions are answered in the FAQ section. Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.
Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to twelve guests per table.
Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency Lost Pines can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.
Our onsite audio-visual expert can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.
Complimentary self parking, as well as paid valet parking, is available for your guests. Hosted valet parking can be arranged at special group pricing.
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
Pricing
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Wedding Packages are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your event will be considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received. Additional deposits can be reviewed with your Wedding Specialist. Your final pre-payment will be due ten working days prior to your wedding by credit card, cashiers, or certified check. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. All food and beverage charges listed in menus are subject to a service charge of 21% and state sales tax unless otherwise stated
A final number of guests is required by 11:00 am three working days prior to the commencement of the function.This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. The hotel will prepare meals for three percent (3%) over the guaranteed count for groups up to 200. Preparation for 10 additional persons will apply to groups in excess of 200 persons.
